Commissions

Atmosferik's standard hourly rate is £60 plus VAT

1 full day (based on 8 hours) = £480

Half day (based on 4 hours) = £240

For commissions outside the Liverpool area prices are as follows –

We cover a minimum commission of 2 hours = £120 plus VAT

If only a 1 hour commission is required our fee is £100 plus VAT

Travel

It is necessary for us to charge travel costs. This is currently charged at 40 pence per mile. This charge is simply to cover petrol costs and wear and tear on company vehicles. This not part of a profit making exercise.

Stock

Prices range from £10-30 per image. This includes copyright for in house use ONLY. Please see our terms and conditions for restrictions.

Individual prices are displayed in the criteria of each image. All stock image prices are shown ex VAT.

For images required for any use other than in-house only – price on application.

If any Client is unsure if a particular use of an image is permitted, please just contact us for clarification.

Delivery of images

Commissioned Work

Completed commissioned work will be supplied on disc in a high resolution format. Hard copies and additional discs are available on request.

Stock Images

We will endeavor to fulfill stock image orders within 3 working days of receipt. If you have an urgent order or any other queries, please call 0800 781 2694 and we will ensure that your request is dealt with swiftly.

Your selection will be supplied to you on disc by post. The size and resolution of each image is stated in the individual criteria on the Image Gallery.

How to pay

An invoice will be enclosed with your disc of completed work. Payment can be made by cheque payable to 'Atmosferik Photography'. Payment would be gratefully received within 14 days.

Copyright

Atmosferik Photography offer both commissioned and stock 'royalty free' images, subject to our terms and conditions detailed below. Our fees cover multiple uses for in-house purposes only. Atmosferik Photography is and will remain the copyright holder of all our images.

It is strictly prohibited to use any of our images for purposes other than for in-house use or to contravene any of the restrictions detailed in our terms and conditions. If any Client is unsure if a particular use of an image is permitted, please just contact us for clarification.

Atmosferik request that where possible, credits are made as follows - 'Image (s) supplied by Atmosferik Photography (plus name of individual photographer where applicable)'.
